How to use Thinkdiag OBD2 scanner?

For first time to use, you need to download ThinkDiag App, register and activate.

It’s very easy to do.

1.Free download and install the “ThinkDiag” in APP Store or Google Play on your smart phone or ipad.

2.When finish installing, open APP to register with email address, verification code and password.

3.Then login with your available username and password.

4.Enter main menu to select “Me” and then choose “activation”.

5.Activate by inputting the serial number from Thinkdiag device and the activation code from paper which comes with package.

6.Enter ThinkStore. After activating, you can get any two kinds of free car software to use for free for one year. After one year, the software also can be used without updating. If you need more manufacture software, just download any software you want on ThinkStore by yourself.

Step 1: Insert the ThinkDiag device into OBDII port in your vehicle

Usually, the OBDII port is located under the dashboard, above the pedal on the driver’s side. Insert the ThinkDiag device, there will be a green light which indicates the device is powered on.

Step 2: Connect Bluetooth

Open the ThinkDiag APP

It will automatically search to the activated device

Then connect via Bluetooth in the APP

Step3: Start to use your ThinkDiag device

After the Bluetooth connection, you can use all the diagnosis functions of your ThinkDiag device such as: All Systems Full Function, Maintenance Functions, OBD Functions and Thinkcar Remote Diagnostics.
